Just a quick note on my name: "I've been there." While I've had my share of experiences (both good and bad), I do not profess to have all the answers, been in your shoes, or done it all.

Maybe think of this as more of a directed discussion than a lecture and hopefully we can all learn from each other.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step

Part of me is still that 16 year old reading Kinsey Report for the first time.

My friends would always disbelieve every bit of info I tried to pass on, but who could blame them? Some of the things we all heard were wrong and sometimes dangerous. So once I got the nerve up to use the library copying machine (I wasn't going use my card to check these books out), they began to at least think I was mildly justified. Over the next few years I became the "go to" friend for sex advice. I literally had people call me in the middle of the night to ask my opinion on something.

Since my academic studies are on hold, I have to admit that I really miss it.
